Great customer service and product!

I thought I had already did a review on this. So here it is. I bought this back on Feb, 2023. It is amazing and easy to use! So fast forward to May 27, 2024. I charge up both batteries ready to cut up a branch that fell. After about a min or 2 of cutting the battery goes dead, I thought it was the chainsaw. I charged them back up. It works, but only a couple of min. Enough to finish the job.

HERE is the fantastic customer service. I emailed them, gave them my order number. Then BAM email saying they sent me 2 new batteries as replacement! Great job! There 2 yrs guarantee is great!
